Program Duration:
Our program runs approximately 40 hours per week, June through mid-August.
What you will do:
This internship will assist the Client and Account Operations team to enhance our training materials and content. By ensuring that our team members have access to the most current and pertinent information, they can perform their roles effectively. Additionally, this internship will also assist with documenting and organizing team processes and with the development of a repository for benefit review, RFPs, and exception reporting.
Your responsibilities:
As an Intern: Client & Account Operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with team members to gather information and feedback
- Working with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials
- Updating training materials and content for new Client & Account Operations associates
- Presenting progress reports to leadership.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- We require interns to be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications or related field.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate analytical information to both individuals and clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
Preferred:
- Experience with instructional design
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Strong project management discipline to track timelines and deliverables

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.50 - $29.00 Hourly
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
