Program Duration:
Our program runs approximately 40 hours per week, June through mid-August.
What you will do:
This internship will assist the Blue Partner team by strategically designing, implementing and optimizing team processes. Providing clear instruction with standardized processes, the intern will help ensure that the account management team has the resources and information to perform their roles efficiently and effectively.
As an intern: Business Process Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts to analyze the relevance, accuracy, and gaps of current processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for efficiencies.
- Creating a single repository for all implementation workflows.
- Presenting progress reports to leadership.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, operations management, project management, management information systems, communications, or related field.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate analytical information to both individuals and clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
Preferred:
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience with process design or process architecture.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Strong project management discipline to track timelines and deliverables.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
