The Impact You Will Have
As a Program Coordinator, you will support the Enterprise Learning and Development Manager in driving the success of enterprise-wide initiatives. You will be supporting projects, managing the day-to-day operations, collaborating to provide development, and instrumental in supporting our Enterprise Associate Resources Groups (ARG)s ensuring strategic alignment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, resources and operation support to stakeholders.
- Help plan and deliver events and initiatives across the enterprise.
- Maintain calendars, communications, and documentation to ensure consistency and visibility.
- Assist with learning and development initiatives.
- Track program metrics and prepare reports to measure impact and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Communications) to align efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and resources.
- Utilize governance guidelines to maintain and create SharePoint site, ensuring materials are kept up to date, drive traffic and inspire self-service.
- Analyze engagement data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all materials meet brand and formatting standards.
- Provide operational and logistical support for enterprise-wide engagement initiatives, including Associate Resource Groups (ARGs). This includes managing calendars, and communications.
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of training sessions, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Must be able to present information clearly and adapt delivery methods to accommodate learning and communication needs, including the use of technologies.
- Use tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise platforms to manage content and engagement data. Responsible for ensuring digital materials meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are formatted to support self-service and ease of use for all employees.
- Track and analyze data related to engagement programs and ARG participation. Prepare reports that are accessible and understandable to a wide audience.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience related to Program Coordination, Human Resources, Employee Engagement, Organizational Effectiveness/Development, or Change Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, psychology, organization development, HR or other related fields, OR 4 years of equivalent in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, EmailOpen, Microsoft Office applications, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience working with Associate Resource Groups, including event planning or program development.
- Project Management experience
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $77,600.00 - $95,200.00 Annual
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.

We come together in the office two days each week – most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment.
