The Impact You Will Have
This position supports current products within a division and product initiatives and/or new programs and may lead other products. This position supports the product planning, iteration and delivery for assigned products within a division or affiliated companies. This role collaborates closely with other departments within Stella to assist in implementing products, ensure ongoing product efficiencies and translates innovative concepts into product iterations and enhancements. This will include, but not be limited to, improving product lifecycle management, proactive market planning, product performance monitoring and product pricing.
Your Responsibilities
- With matrixed support from other divisions this position coordinates the segmented alignment of products, product strategy, marketing strategy and value proposition.
- Assists with product readiness alongside the Operations team as well as a detailed product implementation plan on all new products.
- Participates in the coordination of product pricing and works with actuarial and finance to monitor and update pricing accordingly and ongoing basis.
- Reviews market research to identify product enhancement, member experience improvement, and new market opportunities as well as analyzing current market research.
- Supports product life cycle alongside the health plan product planning process and operations team. Supports the sun setting of products that are deemed no longer needed.
- Supports the development of a product dashboard, reporting and a comprehensive measurement plan for assigned products.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to transform information into program strategies.
- Exceptional and demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with vendor partners and internal and external business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle a variety of responsibilities.
- Exceptional and demonstrated organizational and time management skills with ability to shift priorities as business demands require.
- Excellent and demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills.
- Exceptional and demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills.
- Exceptional and demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically; strong attention to detail.
- Must be self-motivated with strong initiative to learn.
- Exceptional and demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated process and quality improvement experience.
- High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of the health care industry and/or insurance.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $68,900.00 - $91,300.00 - $113,700.00 Annual
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
