The Impact You Will Have

As a Principal Provider Performance Measurement Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering value to the organization by prioritizing and driving solutions related to provider-performance measurement.  Your scope as a Principal Analyst includes prioritizing and driving solutions related to data quality, analytics capabilities, vendor management, and appropriate use of provider-performance measurement across the organization.  You will engage with both end users and developers in Provider Relations and across the enterprise to prioritize and drive delivery of solutions to meet business needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer and business needs related to measuring provider-performance.  Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met, data is used appropriately, and the highest value data/reporting improvements are prioritized.
  • Drive continuous improvements in provider performance measurement solutions including improvements in data collection, data storage, data use, data access (reporting and dashboards), and data application/interpretation.
  • Curate and work a backlog of provider-performance reporting enhancement user requests, prioritize those ideas, and drive the implementation of priority enhancements.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate performance and proactively champion improvements to provider-performance reporting
  • Act as the internal expert / point person on the provider-performance measurement attributes. Articulate appropriate uses and limitation of the data across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics and other provider-performance stakeholders to ensure alignment and following data governance guidelines
  • Responsible for business readiness; understand the impact of change and define the approach to manage adoption and resistance to change

Required Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and drive outcomes.
  • Experience using analytic software such as Excel, SAS, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Experience managing data or analytics projects
  • Experience working across the organization and success interacting with colleagues at all levels, including executives
  • Expertise in assessing business needs, strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Experience determining and overseeing analytics and software development initiatives and estimating resource requirements.
  • Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making and independently solving software engineering problems.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with health plan or provider performance measures
  • Experience creating, managing, or modifying business processes
  • Experience with Product Led Model

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
