Senior Provider Demo Data Outreach Specialist

The Impact You Will Have
In this position, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the integrity of provider demographic data for provider directories. You will be responsible for maintaining timely communication with external providers electronically, over the telephone, and in person. The position is also accountable for managing all documentation, work, and forms related to their assigned providers and specialties. In addition, this role has responsibility for training of Provider Demographic Data Outreach Specialists.
*Please note this role is remote but preference will be given to MN residents*
Your Responsibilities
Stay current with regulatory and business requirements as it relates to provider demographic data.
Lead and direct work to the specialists.
Manage and share provider specific demographic reports with assigned providers on a quarterly basis; assigned providers are generally larger and more complex.
Navigate and make limited updates to multifaceted systems using demographic data sourced from providers and other reliable sources.
Manage and resolve escalated and complex situations.
Lead the development and implementation of business and technical processes and procedures, including associate training.
Maintain positive and timely communications with assigned providers and specialties.
Lead internal business and external work groups as assigned.
Works with providers directly, face to face and via other communication methods, to meet customers needs.
Analyzes trends as needed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and reviews with manager as appropriate.
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
Experience with training and writing processes and procedures.
Advanced PC Skills and Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel spreadsheets).
Strong collaborative, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to build cross functional relationships.
Exceptional critical thinking and accuracy proficiencies.
High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in an operational support environment.
Customer service experience in a health insurance call center.
Document management experience.
Training experience.
Able to work from home most of the time.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $69,100.00 - $85,000.00 Annual
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
