We are seeking an analytical Product Manager to lead the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of quality scorecards and performance dashboards for our Behavioral Health department. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage tools that will drive data-informed decision-making and enhance overall member care.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and Implement Quality Scorecards: Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality scorecards to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of Behavioral Health programs and BH Network.
  • Create Performance Dashboards: Build comprehensive performance and data analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights into program performance, member and clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Data team to analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the Behavioral Health department.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine scorecards and dashboards to align with evolving departmental goals and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, technical degree or a relevant field
  • Health or managed care experience
  • Experience with developing and managing metrics, dashboard and/or scorecards.
  • Previous experience in product development or product management role
  • One of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner(PSPO), SAFe PM/PO, Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPMA) or LeSS

Required Skills & Experiences:

  • 3+ years of Product Management and/or Product Ownership experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Aptitude for independent strategic thinking as well as the ability to identify, leverage, and execute best practices while demonstrating a continuously innovative mindset.
  • Critical strategicthinker / problem solver willing to take initiative with minimal direction.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and executive presence.
  • Proven strategic product development ability
  • Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties
  • Exceptional leadership skills

Note: The Product Manager role is more strategic in the organization and will be fewer of them supporting the organization. This role is key to providing strategic direction across multiple teams or strategic initiatives. We expect more Product Owners across the organization responsible for helping focus on product specific strategy and enabling delivery of key outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $85,700.00 - $115,700.00 - $145,700.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
