The Impact You Will Have

As a Healthcare Analyst, you'll transform complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence that improves member outcomes, reduces costs, and drives strategic organizational decisions. You'll collaborate strategically with internal teams and business partners to scope out analytical projects, conduct data analysis, and generate reliable, evidence-based insights that address key business questions and initiatives. Your Responsibilities

  • Uses databases for analysis and dissemination of information.

  • Performs analysis of the data, interprets findings and writes reports related to methods and findings.

  • Researches, analyzes data, and provides interpretation of outcomes.

  • Assists with and may implement improvements to process, analysis, and research methods.

  • Supports team to understand and interpret the impacts to cost and quality of proposals using relevant data sources and analytic methods.

  • May assist in the implementation of new products and systems by providing actionable information and recommendations that evaluate the impact of the proposed products and systems.

  • Assists with issues that may arise on multiple tasks or projects with limited management involvement.

  • Acts as a resource for other members of the department and company on business issues.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.

  • 1+ years experience using programming and statistical software (e.g., SAS), use of various databases and other data sources, and performing analytics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.

  • Ability to perform and interpret statistical analyses.

  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and with an ability to interpret and communicate analytical information to individuals and groups with varying levels of analytics expertise.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting with individuals having diverse professional backgrounds including business, technical, and/or clinical.

  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Education or experience in public health.

  • Knowledge of administrative health care claims.

  • Experience using Python, AWS SageMaker, or Databricks.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.

  • Knowledge or experience in program evaluation and evaluation design.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $77,200.00 - $102,300.00 - $127,400.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week – most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
