The Impact You Will Have

We are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Analyst to join our dynamic Employee Relations Team. This role provides day-to-day support to Employee Relations Principals and HR partners across a variety of employee relations (ER) matters. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing Tier 2 ER cases involving foundational issues such as attendance, performance, and policy interpretation. They will play a key role in supporting ER program work, including performance improvement plan documentation, wellness checks, and maintaining ER dashboards and the ER email mailbox. This position requires strong analytical and data manipulation skills, as well as the ability to manage case intake and determine appropriate escalation to an Employee Relations Principal. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where discretion and professionalism are essential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations Guidance: Provide general support to managers and HR partners on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution. Manage Tier 2 ER cases from intake through resolution with consistency and timeliness.
  • Case Management: Intake, triage, and track cases using Team Dynamix or other case management platforms. Generate reports and analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Investigations & Documentation: Assist in internal investigations, including fact-finding, documentation, and application of company policies and employment laws to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Employee Relations Principals, Compliance, and HR Business Partners to resolve complex employee relations matters.
  • Training & Education: Support the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for managers on topics of employee relations. May include creating content, presenting, or coordinating logistics.
  • Technology & Tools: Utilize HR systems and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) to perform daily tasks. Adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly and professionally with managers, employees, and HR partners via phone, video, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all employee relations activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the Employee Relations function.
  • Administrative Support: Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as inbox management, mailing, and filing to meet procedural and retention requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Employee Relations case management systems.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $67,500.00 - $83,100.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.

We come together in the office two days each week – most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment.
