Amy Krueger, a Transition of Care (TOC) RN Case Manager, demonstrates this dedication by balancing her professional responsibilities with her personal life, all while making a significant impact on our members.

“I value the work/life balance that is promoted here at Blue Cross, I recently worked with a member who would only be available for a call back at 9 p.m., after she was home from her shift” Amy said. “I was able to make the later call, but in return, able to flex time to help maintain my own personal balance with my family time.”

Amy’s story highlights how our flexible approach benefits both our associates and our members. By promoting a healthy work/life balance, we create an environment where our associates can thrive both professionally and personally, ensuring they are always ready to make a difference in our members’ lives.

“It is important to be an advocate for our members as well as for myself when it comes to maintaining a healthy work/life balance,” Amy said.
