The Impact You


This position is responsible for collaborating and consulting with leadership across the organization to establish, measure, and implement process performance and improvements that align with the organizations vision and strategies. This position manages and leads small continuous process improvement engagements, perform research, conduct interviews, strategically analyze findings, identify solution options, present recommendations to leadership, and implement process change.


Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to successfully define engagements through the development of charters with clearly defined quantifiable outcomes, timelines, and communication plans.
  • Create business Implementation Plans which support effectively managing and communicating the implementation of various small projects through the application of project management, data analysis, meeting management and group facilitation skills to deliver high quality solutions with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage organizational knowledge and business acumen to develop effective project teams, leading through influence to successfully complete continuous improvement projects.
  • Follow an approach that ensures the identification, development and implementation of solutions that align with Blue Cross vision and strategies.
  • Develop effective relationships with leadership throughout the organization.
  • Support leadership strategies and critical issues through continuous improvement project engagements.
  • Collaborate with and support business leaders to develop and implement process measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Shadow and support Principal analysts on large continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • 3 years experience in continuous improvement, project management, operational development, performance measurement or similar role with track record of success.
  • Experience with Automation (Macros, AutoHotKey, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement with ability to identify and deliver on customer expectations.
  • Self starter with high initiative.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong collaboration, problem solving skills, conflict resolution, facilitation and consensus building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational relationship management skills; can effectively build business relationships.
  • Proven ability to define problems, interpret and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and design measures for processes.
  • Green Belt or Lean training and/or certification.
  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience performing data analysis, reporting, and modeling using SAS or comparable analytical programing languages

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $79,100.00 - $104,800.00 - $130,500.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week – most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
