Description Summary

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN OUR DULUTH RETAIL STORE!  



This position is responsible to deliver a best in class guest experience by ensuring the guest is greeted and welcomed in a friendly and positive way, connected with their appointments timely and questions/concerns are resolved.  In addition, the position will handle logistics for events within the retail center, updating digital marketing messages on center displays and social media. They will be responsible to monitor all lobby activity and building access to include logging daily activity, deliveries, data entry of visitor information and visits via visitor registration software (Salesforce), answer the telephone, and general information questions.


Accountabilities


  1. Accountable for coordinating store events, including scheduling Medicare and Individual Community Meetings, assuring all scheduled sales events maintain CMS sales compliance

  2. Greet guests either in person or via phone and initiate the guest experience by gathering intake information in Salesforce and facilitating the needed handoffs to retail associates

  3. Assist in managing schedules for the retail center employees

  4. Gather data measuring the attendance, satisfaction and impact of daily guest interactions and special events, including administration of surveys

  5. Perform administrative related activities including data entry, reporting, managing supplies and marketing materials

  6. Must attend regularly scheduled job-related training sessions and may attend professional development courses

  7. Interact with key internal and external business partners in order to best leverage the retail center as a sales, service, community resource and health and wellness destination.

  8. Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements


  • Two year degree and 1 year office, marketing, marketing communication, or project management experience or High School degree or equivalent and 3 years of the same experience.

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Must be a customer focused professional and helpful with all staff and guests

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve high pressure and challenging situations

  • Excellent follow-through skills and willingness to take ownership of assignments

  • Proven track record of successfully executing on detailed schedule and calendar/meeting management; ability to multi-task, keep multiple projects on track

  • Demonstrated ability to use the following software platforms/systems:  Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage confidential information

  • Can work in an environment with peak and non-peak customer volumes

Preferred Requirements


  • Experience with Salesforce platform

  • Looking for individuals who speak multiple languages, preference includes: Hmong, Vietnamese, Somalian, and Spanish

  • Experience in health insurance or health care industry
