They’re the group responsible for creating programs that help people manage chronic conditions. If you work on this team, you’ll be helping to translate information about health care use into strategies for encouraging providers to deliver quality care and helping our members take charge of their health.

The health management division has positions that require trained and licensed clinical staff, as well as non-clinical business professionals, wellness and health promotion professionals, and health educators.
