Blue Cross believes our responsibility as a nonprofit health company includes providing options for those who can’t afford health care on their own. As part of our government programs division, you’ll have the opportunity to work with local and Federal governments to provide benefits to the elderly, very ill and less fortunate people in Minnesota. This includes publicly funded health care programs like Medicare, medical assistance, the National Federal Employees Program and others.

A variety of disciplines are needed for this work, from finance to marketing. Generally, we’re looking for people who are creative and have a passion for problem-solving. Attention to detail is a critical skill as public programs require strict compliance with national and state government agencies.
