<item><title>Clinical Account Manager Job (Eagan, MN, US)</title><description><![CDATA[Clinical Account Manager (Job Number:7632) <br/><b>Description</b><br/><br/><b>Summary:</b><br/><br/>This position is responsible for performing account management functions from the health management perspective; serving as primary contact for Commercial Markets - Sales specific to presentations for key account consultation on medical issues and questions related to health management programs; serving as liaison between Sales, Health Economics and Health Management to analyze data and interpret information in preparation for meetings, site visits, and requests for proposals; and recommending program enhancements to Health Management Operations based on key account feedback and data trends and analysis.<br/><br/><b>Accountabilities:</b><br/><br/>1. Manages the clinical relationship with the key account for all Wellness and Care Management programs.<br/>2. Primary clinical and Health Management contact for internal and external account/client meetings providing relevant and specific information, clinical outcomes and value of Wellness and Care Management programs.<br/>3. Partner with account management to ensure excellent customer service and resolution for all clinical and/or program issues, drive to advance clinical outcomes and performance; partner with account management and Health Economics to review and analyze comprehensive account data including utilization and trend data to draw action oriented conclusions and recommendations.<br/>4. Interface with IHM Sales Support, Sales and Account Managers to assess key account needs based on benefits and program enhancement opportunities.<br/>5. Drive key internal stakeholders such as Health Economics, Medical Director, and IHM Clinical Design and Performance to identify health/cost management strategies and unique pilot opportunities.<br/>6. Participate in the design of clinical performance guarantees for key account, third party integration of programs and any other clinical related items unique to the key account.<br/>7. Cultivate strong working relationships with internal resources across the organization to promote successful execution of activities with key account<br/>8. Facilitate Health Management responses to account needs; i.e. clinical summaries for high cost claimants, interpretation, reporting and packaging of information to support effective promotion of health management program.<br/>9. <item><title>Internal Audit Sr Job (Eagan, MN, US)</title><description><![CDATA[Internal Audit Sr (Job Number:7918) <br/><b>Description</b><br/><br/><b>Summary:</b><br/><br/>This position plans and directs, as well as provides analytical and operational support for complex internal audit projects, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) test work, and special projects. This position has significant project and reporting responsibilities. The Internal Audit Senior plans, directs, and coordinates several cross-departmental audit projects simultaneously to address foundational and intricate operational and internal control issues, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. This includes the successful delivery of complex assignments within scope, schedule, and quality commitments.<br/><br/><b>Accountabilities:</b><br/><br/>1. Plan, direct, and coordinate complex audit projects, ICOFR test work, and other special projects. Identify and analyze operational and internal control issues and risks and escalate both concerns and potential solutions appropriately. Prepare and present reports to senior management and the Audit Committee concerning relevant issues and recommendations in a concise and effective manner.<br/>2.
